I believe the commitment to the client is "Truth in Reporting," and I will furnish a full, complete, in-depth and unbiased report on the actual conditions of the property at the time of the home inspection.  This report is a combination of the checklist used during the inspection and a detailed, computer generated summary with pictures of that specific property.

Independence

What the FHA says about getting a Home Inspection

    Choosing the right Charleston Home Inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you will probably not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.  One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work.  Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. I am a fully accredited member of the Central S.C. and Charleston chapters of the Better Business Bureau.

I'm also a full member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. NACHI is the only organization that requires its members to pass a certification exam prior to becoming a member. With NACHI, one must pass  the Inspector Examination, complete the Ethics quiz and pass a Standards of Practice exam to become NACHI certified and be a member of the organization.
